Bird-a-thon
The 2023 HCAS Bird-a-thon is set for May 12th-13th. This is a team event, for up to 5 people, and the birding can be in any (or all) of the 5 HCAS counties—Allegheny, Ashe, Avery, Watauga and Wilkes. The idea is to see or hear as many bird species as possible in one 24 hour period in the above timeframe.
